Why is Marine Teak Good for Boats?
Genuine Teak is unaffected by insects, fungus, acids or alkalis, making it ideal for decks and other outdoor architectural elements. For marine use alone, teak is the ideal choice for decking, cabinetry, railings, custom mouldings, louvered doors, and more.
Genuine Marine Teak will not corrode when in contact with steel, increasing the service life of this marine wood.
Water Resistant
Teak is extraordinarily resistant to water absorption because of the oils present in genuine teak wood. This same moisture resistance makes genuine teak very stable.
There simply isn’t a better material for your boat than marine teak.
