One of our salespeople shared these photos of a 20’ long, monster-size teak table with benches. ETT sold the teak lumber to Forest Plywood in La Mirada, CA, who in turn sold it to their customer who was hired to make the table.
It is truly a beautiful table with an amazing minimalist design, and impressive scale. We wish we could get photos of it after it had a finish put on it, but those were not available. You can see how beautiful the wood texture and how impressive this would be in any home. It is going to be used as an outdoor table and I am sure will be the focal piece of any gathering.
The best thing about this table is that with proper care it will last many generations is it is truly a long term investment. Even if the table is not used, the wood can be reclaimed and used for a second project. That is the beauty of teak – it is such a long lasting wood that you can use it and reuse it again.
I am sure many of us wish that we had this table at our own house. The first thing that comes to mind to me is to wonder how long the table was for the last supper because I think this one might be close to it. Have you ever seen a larger Teak Table?
