We wanted to share a Custom Ipe dock, floating dock, custom ceiling built by Blutide Marine Construction, based out of Charleston, SC. This dock is on Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina. It includes stainless steel cable railing systems to for a clean modern look with low maintenance. The Dock Shelter includes a Ipe Custom Ceiling with fan and reccessed lighting using Tongue and Groove Ipe. The dock also has a bar area with cooler and a floating dock with ipe decking.
It is a beautiful build especially with the color of the Ipe against the green of the spartina grass. It will give many, many years of great service to the home owners because of the long lasting properties of Ipe wood. Also, looks like a great place to have a nice cocktail or maybe launch that kayak from!
